Susan has 40+ years of experience marketing pretty much everything. She has an unerring instinct for strategy, and can do anything. Whatever it is. She is so far ahead of the curve that she drove a Smart Car in high school. That’s right, Maxwell Smart’s original car. It’s still in the garage and Max wants it back. She enjoys turning good profits, but goes absolutely gaga for good non-profits.

After 40 years at the helm of the agency, Susan made the decision to step-down from day-to-day leadership in 2021. She is still a full-time employee, however, and is thrilled to get to do what she loves most of all: writing and project strategy for our clients.
